In order to protect the interests of our clients, some of the work we provide to our clients may arise as support services if the client requests it, including, but not limited to:

• Attending general assembly and board meetings for our corporate clients.
• Implementing the administrative structure of establishments according to the nature of their activities and needs.
• Preparing the articles of association for joint-stock companies.
• Preparing governance for subject companies.
• Organizing the establishment’s internal regulations and obtaining their approval from the relevant authorities.
