The package of services provided to large and small companies and commercial entities is diverse, starting from the stage of establishing the company, issuing the articles of association, obtaining the commercial register and all documents necessary to practice the company’s commercial activity according to its commercial activity requirements, and proceeding to making the necessary amendments to the articles of association whenever the company’s need for this matter is available. The office also provides services to complete all procedures related to converting the legal entity of the establishment from an establishment to a company or from one company to another according to what the interest of the establishment requires. This is in addition to providing new services that are newly developed as a result of the continuous development of the systems in the State of Qatar.
